Where the export lives

Sign in and open your domains page — the account view that lists everything you hold. Look for an Export Domain List link along the side of the list; select your options and confirm, and the CSV is generated. For large portfolios the file is prepared server-side and emailed to your account address rather than downloaded instantly.

Name.com also exposes a separate export for DNS records per domain, which is worth grabbing at the same time if a transfer or nameserver migration is on the horizon.

What the export contains — and what it misses

The export covers the registrar-side inventory: domain names, expiration dates, and account settings for each name. It is the fastest way to reconcile what you think you hold at Name.com against what is actually there.

It does not include your economics — purchase prices, acquisition dates, marketplace listings, or offers. Those only exist in your own tracking layer.
