Sourdough AI LLC is a domain name acquisition company focused on .ai domains. Our services include:

• Providing educational resources, market data, and analysis about the .ai domain aftermarket.
• Free tools to score and evaluate .ai domain names, calculate holding costs, and generate name variations.
• A contact channel through which domain owners may inquire about selling their .ai domain names to us.
• Opt-in email communications with .ai domain market intelligence and deal alerts.

We acquire .ai domains for our own portfolio. We are a buyer, not a broker — we do not list or resell domains on behalf of third parties and do not charge seller commissions.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Do not rely solely on our tools to make buying, selling, or holding decisions. Market conditions change and individual domain outcomes vary substantially.

Market data, sales figures, trend analysis, and editorial content published on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties that any data is complete, current, or error-free.

Nothing on this Site constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any domain name or other asset.

If you submit a domain name through our contact form or respond to an outreach from us, you understand and agree that:

• Any interest expressed by us — verbally, in writing, or via email — does not constitute a binding offer or contract until a written purchase agreement is signed by both parties.
• We are under no obligation to make an offer on any domain you submit.
• You represent that you are the lawful owner of any domain you offer for sale, or that you have authority to act on behalf of the owner.
• Completed domain transactions are typically conducted through a third-party escrow service (such as Escrow.com) or an established domain marketplace. The terms of those platforms govern the transaction itself.
• We are not responsible for any fees charged by escrow providers or domain marketplaces.

By voluntarily providing your email address on the Site, you consent to receive email communications from Sourdough AI LLC, including market intelligence reports and deal alerts.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing hello@sourdough.ai with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. We will process your request promptly.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, tools, data compilations, logos, and code — is the property of Sourdough AI LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, print, or download content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
