Email address. When you voluntarily submit your email address through our Site — for example to receive .ai market intelligence updates or to inquire about selling a domain — we store that email address and associate it with the source of your signup.

Domain name and message content. If you contact us through the contact form, we collect the domain name you provide and the content of your message so we can respond to your inquiry.

Usage data. Like most websites, we automatically collect standard browser information including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and time on Site through Google Analytics and Cloudflare analytics. This data is aggregated and used to understand Site traffic and improve content.

Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and to remember your preferences (such as dark/light mode). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function as expected.

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

• To send you .ai domain market intelligence, deal alerts, and related email communications you have opted into.
• To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
• To evaluate and potentially make offers on domain names you submit for our consideration.
• To analyze Site usage and improve our content, tools, and user experience.
• To protect the Site from spam and abuse via Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection.

We will not use your email address to send unrelated promotional communications from third parties. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.

As part of our domain acquisition business, we may proactively reach out to owners of .ai domains to inquire about purchasing. We obtain contact information through publicly available sources including WHOIS records, domain registry data, and publicly listed contact information on associated websites.

If you received an unsolicited email from us and do not wish to be contacted, please reply to that email or contact us at hello@sourdough.ai and we will promptly remove you from our contact list.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We use third-party services to operate the Site, including Google Analytics (traffic analysis), Cloudflare (hosting, security, and analytics), and email delivery providers. These providers access data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.
• Domain transaction platforms. If you agree to sell a domain to us, the transaction is typically completed through a third-party escrow service (such as Escrow.com) or a domain marketplace. That platform's own terms and privacy policy govern the transaction data.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sourdough AI LLC, our users, or others.

We retain your email address and any submitted information for as long as needed to provide the services you have requested or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per the default retention policies of Google Analytics and Cloudflare.

To request deletion of your information, email us at hello@sourdough.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to know. You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to delete. You may request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information, so this right does not apply.
• Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
